To secure your event date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 80% balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. Please note the following cancellation terms:

• If cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event date: Only the initial 20% deposit will be retained.
• If cancelled less than two weeks before the event date: The full amount (100% of the event fee) will be retained, as arrangements and resources will have been committed.
